Usage history

Hello the community, 

I would like to get the history of incoming calls for the specific period of time that was about 1.5 years ago. I need to get some phone numbers and call details as date/time as an evidence in the open dispute to protect my rights. I am not able to load the usage history back that many months. Is there the way how I can do that. Who I should contact regarding this matter. Thank you in advance for your advice.

@Kopeechka , have you tried looking at the call history data on your phone?  Unless you delete the history, it should remain on the phone and also could be backed up via your google or apple account.

Even with a lawyer, @Chalupa_Batman , they would have to convince a judge that Public Mobile must be compelled to provide the resources to get this information.

It's highly unlikely this will occur, unless it were Public Mobile themselves being litigated against (for some reason) for which the records must be provided to the court as evidence.

As per @HALIMACS the only way to get that information is if you go through a lawyer and get a court order to get that information. Even then, could take months or Public Mobile could just ignore the court order. If you feel you need it that bad, you know your next move.

Regrettably, @Kopeechka , Public Mobile will be unable to provide this to you.

They might only do so if ordered to do by a court order.

Beyond that, they will not.
