overcharge on billing

I have been overcharged on my July 2026 bill for a 3 G usage when I have bought at new phone Nubia Cymbal 2 on June 16, 2026 at Parker Tech Shop In Coldbrook, Nova Scotia. I am still being charged as I have a old  3 G  phone and I do not. Please adjust my bill and let me know if you have done this.  please e mail me on my home e mail of   [email protected]

i did submit a ticket with the message i gave you above  and told them my problem  hopefully this will be resolved

if you want to get your overcharged billed to look into, please submit ticket and follow the steps to check for reply from CS_agent.  All the details on my earlier post

CS_agent is the PM support agent.  You need to submit ticket and check Community inbox like what I said above

if you only got it 10 days ago, the fees might not have been removed yet, it might take up to next billing cycle 

but check if PM support agent, ask them if they see the new phone using the service yet and see if they can give you back a credit
