Trouble creating new PM account for 2nd device; I cannot complete Step 4 where it asks for Billing Postal Code and Credit Card number, even though they are correct, and I have tried multiple cards.

hey,
try start with the browser
change the EN (ON) on top to your province, the credit card province
then try using a different email address to create account and start the subscription on the browser.
after payment is successful, you will need to go back to the app on the phone to complete the subscription

I have tried both the app and the website. No luck with either. Using a new email address to create the account. No matter which plan I select, I get the message "Selected plan not available. The postal code on your card doesn't match the province you selected. Please choose another plan." The funny thing is that I did not choose a province.
