Hi there, it seems as though when I turn my phone off for work and turn it back on my text messages don’t come through. Sometimes I will hear the notification come through and even see I have a text message but when I open it up there is nothing there. I know for sure I have missed multiple messages. Is there a fix for this??

It is probably the setting on your phone. Reset the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone.
In the future, you can put the phone on Airplane mode when you are at work.

usually the text will be resend within 5 days if you missed it originally
Try clear your app cache if you have an Android
or ask PM support agent to refresh your account on their side. Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
