Just to follow up, every CSR was unhelpful, and one downright incompetent. Everyone at my work that had a phone using the Telus network is having poor reception
I got fed up with the lack of help and switched to Rogers. I'm now getting amazing reception at my desk.
Good riddance to Telus.

This is frustrating. They're blaming it on my SIM card. I just went outside and the signal increased to 1 bar LTE. My co-workers phone did the same thing with my SIM card. The cellular signal is weak in my area as of a couple hours ago. I'm not buying another SIM card. Waste of time and money. I sincerely hope it's resolved soon. If I can't get a proper signal while I'm at work I'll have to switch carriers.

sound like a network issue in your area. I think you need to wait for PM to come back
but in the mean time, reboot the phone every half an hour

It won't connect to 5G or LTE and 3G is voice only, no data.

can you try changing the network to 4G, 5G On and see ? Actually also try 3G , see which network it can lock it into without disconnecting

My account is still active. Right now it keeps connecting to 3G only, stays connected for a bit, then goes dead again. Seems to me they're having issues with their system.

No outages shown on the map. None of the resets work. It's either an outage in my area, or my phone cellular kicking the bucket (iPhone 15 Pro Max) - hoping it's just an outage that will be resolved soon.🤞🏻

I checked the outage map for you, there is no outage is Peterborough
did you login your My Account and confirmed if your account still active? Please login using Incognito mode
Or you can use another phone to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your number to check
Also, try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings. Or try sim card on another phone
If you need PM to help to check the account, send them a message. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
