I am unable to receive calls

I just activated a new plan and cannot get my ported number set up.  When calling the number, it lands in my Bell VM box.  The phone shows that it's on Public Mobile's network.  The SIM card is correct.  I don't know what else to check/do.

Resolved! eSim won't activate

I get a message saying the eSim is active, then a few minutes later receive a message "Unable to Activate eSim"Now I am without a phone trying to get this sorted and no person to speak to re rectify this issue. I have a iPhone 10 which is compatible.
