Hi all,

I am originally had an eSIM and decided to switch to a physics one. I got one inputted in my iPhone and account updated in my account. Well now I cannot make iMessages and I cannot select my phone number for FaceTime …ugh.

I am currently still connected to both my old eSIM and new PSIM bc I cannot seem to connect phone number to my new PSIM. Should I delete my eSIM? I am worried that it will erase me phone number. Help please.🙏🏽

Also if I connect the physical SIM card to another phone will it fix the problem?

Ok I will try that out. I don’t remember this being mentioned or should I have known this?

Hello.

Yes, you can delete the eSIM. HOWEVER, please make sure your physical SIM card number matches on your account to be sure. Once you delete the eSIM, then reboot your phone and it should be just fine.
