Hi
I lost my phone with esim . Now app didn't let me login because it send code to my phone.
How can I activate new physical sim with my old phone no and also how can I get code on my email.
Please help

no option AFTER you click Resend code?
then you will need to message PM. Follow the steps in my earlier reply

It just have option to resend code. No other option.
I am new and didn't setup voice mail.

you can also see if the code can send to voice mail, then use another phone to call to retrieve voicemail.
if send email and send voice messages not the option, then ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

When you login to your account. Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code. It will give you the optionsmm be of sending the 2FA code by text, email or calling.
