Need help with putting a new eSIM on my new phone

so basically I ended up getting a new phone and wiped my other phone completely removing the eSIM off the other phone unfortunately I cannot log into the email or the phone number that is associated with my account because I can’t access them right now. I won’t be able to access my Apple ID until Saturday I’m very stressed out and I just wanna get my phone number put on this new account but nobody can seem to help. I’ve tried to give the people all the information I could of who I called last what my plan was and apparently it still wasn’t enough, so I’m kind of stuck

I’ve tried to message them multiple times and they haven’t gotten back to me. I gave them all the information that I had and I never got a response back so at the moment, I don’t know what to do. I might just have to wait these three days I guess to get my cell service back

You messaged agents and they weren't able to help you? If your personal information you are providing matching the account,  there is no reason why the Public Mobile agents can't help.
