So I have an account with Public Mobile and the phone number associated with it is not active anymore, so whenever it sends me the OTP, I can't receive it, and I don't have access to the account anymore.

Call 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of your account. If it is suspended then you can make a manual payment with vouchers or the registered CC to restore service. Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples.
If you are having issues login to your account then contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket. You can also have the 2FA code to your email.
If it states that number is not registered then your account is closed for nonpayment for longer than 90 days and number returned to the carrier you got the number from.
