My wife's has a Motorola 5G ACE phone. (As do I) Uses "Textra" as her texting app. Until a few days ago, everything worked well. She could send and receive texts and they'd happen quickly, plus, when she sent texts, she'd get reports right in the texted bubble when the text was sent and when it was delivered. Now, suddenly, she is (a) receiving texts HOURS after they were sent to her, (b) itsmore often than not taking an hour or more for her texts to be received [occasionally they go quickly, but mostly they're very badly delayed], (c) She only sporadically receives any 'Sent/Delivered' reports.
On my phone, all of this works normally. Last week, we even did a factory rerset on her phone and re-installed everything fresh. Made no difference.
She's thinking she needs a new phone. I'm thinking before we do that, we need to somehow learn whether it's a network issue with PM regarding texts, specifically. Can someone tell me if there is such an issue that might be affecting some accounts but not others, or at least point me to where I CAN find that out? Really need to rule out Network issues before buying a new phone, otherwise we could have the same problem on the new one.

I have managed to establish a conversation with an agent now (somehow). Hoping that agent can help. Has "Reprovisioned" her account. If that doesn't solve it, it appears a ticket for "Engineers" is next.

I couldn't get to the CS using your instructions, but I did, somehow, manage to get to a screen that said something like "CS Agent" in the "TO" area, and I typed out the whole story and clicked "Send Message". The was a small box, then, that said it was sent. I hope that's okay because I never could get to that screen you mentioned about an opening a ticket , or words to that effect. I hope that's ok. This problem has become fairly urgent.

might not be a phone problem. but do this first, test the sim card on another phone. If same issue, it is an account problem and ask PM to reprovision from the system
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

First try contacting a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to investigate the issue if it is at PM end.
