we were out of the country for a few months and our accounts have be canceled.... can we re activate them?

How long is "a few months" ? When your latest renewal failed due to non-pay, you have 90 days grace to re-up the plan. If you missed the 90 days, that account has been deactivated. You need a new sim to start a new account. If less than 90 days...just log in to your account, re-enable Subscription and Resume your account.

quite possible but it is up to PM and depends if the number was from another provider when you first go it.  Please open a ticket with PM and they can confirm

account will be closed if suspended for over 90 days due to non-payment.   You might be able to get back the number, but you have to check with PM support agent yourself
