Yes there is a way for PM to know about these issues, (1) look at their logs and (2) look at their blogs.

The accounting for the number of minutes isn't done on my phone, it's done on the Telus network.

try reboot the phone and reset network settings and test again
yes, ideally you shouldn't open ticket. But if there is an issue, there is no way PM knows and fix. Technology does not have 100% uptown as you know. But it is your choice to open ticket or not

I am daedon, not AnthonyLe. My phone plan clearly states unlimited Canada wide but I had two calls today blocked saying I was out of minutes and call 611, which offered me to pay for additional minutes. I did not open a ticket. I should not have to open a ticket. There is a problem here.
