can't log into my account

Hi, 

I have an existing public mobile plan but it is connected to an old email and phone number I no longer have access to. I'm trying to access my account to view my plan/billing/data usage. Any workarounds?

you can dial 611 to hear current plan status. It'll tell you when next renewal date and other account info. If you need to pay for renewal...get payment voucher at Shell Gas, London Drugs or Walmart ...then dial 611 to add them to your account for renewal or to buy add-ons.

the email to Public Mobile My account is just a login.  You can still use your old email address to login if you know the password

but if you really cannot login, ask PM support agent to help

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact them.
