I am getting emails that this account will be desactivated. I am not able to see the number attached to this account. Is there any payment due? where do i update my credit card. Nothing is showing on this account. I log in multiple times and i don t see anything.

yes, i have. On 2 emails addresses. One which was transfered and another no. I am getting payment missing but i am unclear which phone number it is connected to.

If you dial 611 from your phone, what does the status tell you? If you're able to use the phone still, this might be in error.

Do you have multiple accounts with PM? You don't know which number expiring?
You can try asking PM , but you need to provide them more information
