land line port in

Chonlee

I requested a landline port-in a week ago.  It seems not to be transferring.
How can I contact the Public mobile port-in team to ask about the status of my number transfer?

@Rastin actually, there is no such rule for approving VoIP or landline, it should just happen without any approval of any kind, that is also why it takes longer.  Not sure why you had gone thought that unnecessary step

but @Chonlee  , if you are worry, you can call your landline support and tell them your intention to leave, but honest, you don't need to

hi @Chonlee

porting the line from landline can take 3 to 7 days.

is your landline still fully functional?   And with your PM phone, did you try to reboot and test inbound calls?

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call
