Signal/Service issues

Hi,
I’m on Public Mobile and have been experiencing ongoing signal issues for the past two weeks. My service has been inconsistent, with weak or dropped signal in areas where coverage was previously stable. I’ve tried restarting the phone and resetting network settings, but the issue persists.

Could you please check if there are any network issues, outages, or recent changes affecting coverage in my area? I’d appreciate guidance on next steps to resolve this.

Thank you

Did you ever see improvement?
I've been a customer since ~2018 and it feel like in the past 6 months or so the signal strength has gotten worse in my day to day usage.  I have a very routine travel pattern and haven't changed houses or phone since Feb 2024.  Seems like it's only gotten worse.

HI @asadullah_1993

the phone itself is good

but can you confirm you did both?

1. Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

2. open ticket if still does not work

People around me do not use Public Mobile. I use Samsung S22 ULTRA phone. I have been using Public Mobile since March 2025 and didn't have issues previously.

@asadullah_1993

Public Mobile doesn't let us know when there's network upsets. Try using 4G / LTE instead of 5G...see if that improves connectivity.

Do others around you have the same probs or is it just your experience....what cellphone do you use ?
