Try resetting the Network Setting on your phone and see if that helps.

and mobile data works?
and does the phone connect after you changed the network mode to 3G?
if you have another phone, test the sim card in another phone and other try to test in another area
of course, if none of that helps, open a ticket with PM support as advised on my post earlier

Check for outages in your area.

Check your account to make sure your bill is paid up. You can also try resetting your network settings. If that doesn't work, contact a CS Agent to check on their end.

you can check the Telus outage map
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages
Montreal area has problem with Mobile data and voice
and try changing network mode to 3G, check if the phone connects in 3G and if you can make calls
last, ask PM support to check and refresh your account. You can submit ticket by direct message:
