Transferring My eSim Number to a New Phone

Hello,

I have just gotten a new phone which came with a Rogers Line from my Office, I want to transfer my eSIM from Public Mobile to this Line, and I would appreciate how to proceed with this. Thank you

I FULLY understand what your saying. Your work gave you a new phone and it has Rogers on it. You already have a Public Mobile account on a different phone and want to transfer your eSIM from your other phone to your work phone. 

The answer is Yes! Once you download the app on your phone and log in and purchase the new eSIM, your phone number from Public Mobile will be on that eSIM. It's automatic. You will have to make your work eSIM or SIM card set as your primary though as I'm sure your work would want that.

Most number cannot transferred into PM but not all. what is the area code and the next 3 digits?  i can check for you

as long as your office allow you to port number, which you have to arrange with them, yes, you can port into Public Mobile.   

if you are existing customer, go to the app , Account to click on Transfer phone number

if you do not have an account with PM yet, then you download PM app and start the subscription there

Congrats on the new phone. To have your Public Mobile account on the new phone you got from work, you have to download the Public Mobile app on your phone. When you log in, you have to purchase a new eSIM. Once you've done that, you can pick which one you want to set as a primary. The good news, it's a one time $5 fee. After that, all eSIMs are at no charge. So if you ever need to move your PM account to a new phone, all you need to do is download the PM app and get a free one.

instead of moving the esim from old to the new phone, you need to get a replacement for free

download the Public Mobile app on your new phone and login.  Go to the Account page, and click Purchase sim card and choose esim.  It is supposed to be free, but pay first and ask PM support to reimburse after

esim cannot be transferred.  What you need to do is to buy a new one.  Just download PM app on that new phone, login and go to Account page to buy esim
