I had to open a new account because me old.one got hacked.how do I get my information like my plan and my points and stuff like that

ask PM to put your account on Lost/Stolen first.  Then you can go and get a replacement phone and replacement sim card after

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
