I'm trying to cancel my deceased wife's account. She opened her account
when she was in Hospital & she died in hospital, Unfortunetly her
account, credit card info is all missing all I have is her ph #
This is very annoying. I need to speak with someone because it sends me

but when I try to recover password it will not recognize my email
New here I purchased a 1GB Data add on as I blew through the allocated
data on my monthly plan - i won't use it all before the new month starts
- my question is will the 1GB (or whatever is left of it) roll into the
next month or does it expire?
My plan has a next renewal date of July 24th, but I kind of want to
upgrade from the $15 plan to the $35 plan sooner than that day. Does
changing onto the $35 plan now wasting the money spent for the $15 plan?
