Problem service and cancelled

I got my physical SIM card this afternoon. Set it up, all no problem. My first call was dropped 4 times! I am now back with my original provider. I have health issues and no phone service is detrimental to me. How do I get a refund? I can’t sign into my account anymore. It wants me to reactivate, and just cycles back to log in, that won’t work. I  don’t want any further billing and I want a refund.

Still not resolved. No reply from agent after 2 different private messages, and one ticket. Sad service, no service.

Hello @Kimmm 

There are no refunds with Public Mobile as it's all prepaid service. You can send a message to a Customer Service Agent and explain and see what they are willing to do. Can't make any promises.
