My problem is, I purchased an account, registered it, ordered my Sim card and received it . But, when I inserted in my other phone, I cannot log in to the account to activate the sim card. When I try to log in to the account, it says that a 6 digit code number was emailed to the email address used to open the account, but no email ever comes, therefore I cannot open the account without that 6 digit number. Also, from the info on the site, it seems that I was supposed to get her telephone number when I registered and bought the service, but never did. I did not receive any email stating the account was opened.
Something is definitely wrong, and I would either like to have this corrected or else I would like to close out her account. What do I do to correct this problem?

did you use Pm app to complete the subscription?
