I have a new plan, new phone and new sim card. I can not get a network connection. What do I do?

Your old SIM should still work do you didn’t need a new SIM for the new phone.
Just download the PM app and place the old SIM in your new phone then login to your account and change your old plan to the new plan on your Next Renewal Date.
