I am still in the process of activating my service, however, the QR code does not work on my phone, there might also be a compatibility issue since my phone was given to me by a family member from France. How can I cancel my subscription and/or get help changing the band so that my phone becomes compatible? It is a Sony Xperia C6833 5.1.1, and older phone.

hi @Cadabra that's is an old phone, and not a Canadian phone, it probably won't work well
if the account not fully activated yet, you have a chance to opt out. Please need support
