I was able to send/receive pictures via text, but several momths I received a text msg from you ask me to follow the instruction below to setup https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone
so i created a new APN as mentioned in the link, but since then I am unable to send/receive pictures via text
please help.

thanks, I reviewed the setting again, found mms was missing from APN Type, all good now, thanks for the help!

Thanks, I have found the issue, it was with APN Type: default,supl,mms

around 3 year old, and I also tested the sim in another phone, the same issue. 😞

@linsunrise1 Some people, particularly with OnePlus phones so it may not apply to you, have found putting the APN in all caps, i.e. SP.MB.COM made the difference, have you tried that?

how old is your phone?
and can you test your sim in another phone? by doing that, it will also force a sim reprovision and could resolve your problem

I have exact setting as you mentioned except I have 4D4F instead of 4D in MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D
even I changed to 4D and restart my phone, still the same issue.
The phone I have is VIVO
