Got my sim card and paid for subscription. Can't activate sim card through app: it gives me the runaround. It tells me to log in, but I am logged in. It tells me to "Get support", but it doesn't work. Can anyone please help?
Yes, I used the app and completed everything, but it says "Step 6 - Subscription not activated. Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent." So I've done that quite a few times but do...
