What happened to my $6.99 plan, its now $13?

Can anyone explain how my $7 a month plan is now gone without notice and I am now on a $13 plan?

You've never been on a $7 plan.

And I'm guessing you received notice of the changeover from Legacy Rewards to Public Points.   There have been extensive e-mail and SMS notifications sent out to all Legacy reward customers.

You have been on a $13 plan with rewards deductions. Those $ Rewards have been changed to a Points program. It was announced in March. See the announcement here:

Public Mobile removed everyones rewards that they EARNED.
