can't merge calls during a conference call

I can not merge the two parties I am calling in a conference call like I used to.  This happens after I changed my plan

not all model of phones can do Conference call (although most do)

and you did this?

  1. Once you’re on the call, tap the Add Call option (the ‘+’ icon)
  2. The other person on the line will be put on hold while you add the second person. You can add the new party by selecting a contact or by entering a number manually
  3. When the new party answers, tap the Merge icon to connect all three people on the call

if it works before but not now, start with a Reboot and then Reset Network settings

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
