Porting taking long time

I switched to PM two days ago from Sasktel. Everything went smooth. Took about an hour to get my number in my eSIM. I decided to switch my wife over as well. I did it yesterday afternoon. The number has still not moved over. But she is still able to send and receive calls on the Sasktel sim. I got the text from Sasktel to confirm port, and responded within a minute. Is this a Sasktel issue or PM?

@Gwhoff hard to say which side is holding up the process. You can try contacting Public Mobile to see where they are at. I'll send you a private message to the porting team so keep an eye on your inbox (top right corner, icon of an envelop)
