I'm trying to set up my mom's public mobile sim card and I downloaded the app and it won't let me click login, and the one time I got to the end it said that the sim that was in the phone was not public mobile but it was, then it kept saying the number we wanted to transfer was not a valid number, she has a Samsung Galaxy S22 and if I try to log in to the website I load one page then load another but they just go back and forth so I can't actually log in, any help would be greatly appreciated

@AnimeTanker, try logging out of the app, clearing cache in your phone's settings for the Public Mobile app and then signing back in. If this still will not work try reaching out to a support agent:
