I have 3 public mobile accounts. I just changed my plan on my phone and I wanted to change the plans I have for the kids to the same one but it’s not listed when I look on the app on their phones. Here’s what I have mine changed to.

@Legge yes, it depends on the current plan. If you are on a higher plan, most likely you won't see anything cheaper.
So attachment had name, account # date opened...... top left corner , but all good👍🏻.

@Legge, correct. Public Mobile has changed to a targeted plan approach so not all customers will have the same available plans to choose from, it will all depend on what you currently have. It seems that they will offer only one cheaper plan but will allow you to upgrade to anything that costs more which is not very nice but there have been some customers that have been able to switch to the only cheaper plan on offer and then it seems to unlock more plan options. The key thing to note is if you choose to "Change now" then your credit card will be billed immediately and you will be switched to the plan you selected and PM will not give any refunds for unused days. Selecting "Change on renewal" will lock you in for the plan change but will allow you to finish off your current subscription.

Thank you, I didn’t see any personal information in my screenshot but I deleted anyway. So not all plans are available to all subscribers?? I knew there were specific plans for new subscribers

But yes, depending upon their plans, they might not have the ability to switch to certain plans. This is intentionally done by Pub Mobile.
When you sign into their account, if it's not there, they cannot switch to it.

firstly...edit out your personal info noted in your attachment. Second...you can only upgrade plans now. Depending on which plans the kids have, they can't easily downgrade plans.
