Resolved! No mobile data

No mobile data Data has been disabled by carrier. I have tried restarting phone and also taking sim out. 

Data not working

Got sent a notification that my data has temporarily been turned off by provider? What is this. I have never had this happen. I have auto pay and my account was topped up yesterday and now I cant ise my phone at all.
