Data usage is not refreshing for new plan cycle

My current plan cycle restarted on September 3/2022, but my data usage chart has not reset. It still says 12gb used but I checked my usage from Sept 3 until now and I only used around 1gb. How can this be reset? Thanks.

Resolved! Plan change not showing

Phone not working

I changed my plan from the 1gb of data 3g plan to the 4gb of data 4g plan now my internet doesn't work and and I don't receive calls or messages and my outgoing texts don't work, I can make calls but the go through as unknown number.

Phone Order

There was post that said after received the order number, then can using the order number to check at Canada Post. But my phone order was delivered by UPS. So can't check at Canada Post. If it's sim card order, may can check at Canada Post.

PM just updated the cost of my plan to $13.  No extra benefits.  For $2 more I can upgrade to the 15$ plan and get more but it says I lose my current promotion.  Does that mean I lose my existing rewards?  If so why should i lose them?
