I upgraded to the 10G plan for my plan switch today but didn’t receive the SMS updates like I normally do saying payment received. The credit card has been charged. I can send SMS, but when people try to call me it says that I am unable to take their calls. When I called my boyfriend he said my caller ID came up as unknown. I also am unable to receive e-transfers to my phone. My data doesn’t work, there’s no icon. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, restarting network settings, removing the SIM card, selecting Public as network, I’m really stumped as to what to do.

There's been quite a bunch of these today or so. Can you try to use the lost/stolen function. Suspend, log out, log back in, back to lost/stolen, resume, log out, restart phone. Let's see if that fixes it.
Are you on the new points system or the old rewards system?

@gabizamma did you upgrade your plan today and click Change plan now?? Or you made the upgrade earlier but clicked Change on the renewal and today 14th or tomorrow 15th is the renewal date??

Can you log into self service and confirm that your account status says Active? Can you try your sim in another unlocked phone?
