Hello:

I purchased a pre-owned phone on August 29,2022 which I have received  But, unfortunately the SIM Card that I was suppose to receive has not yet arrived.

I second this as you will be waiting forever if sent by PM

Check the where to buy on this website.....only corporate stores.

If SIM is supposedly to accompany ordered phone, contact agent and ask them to send you one.

Mind you, it might take few weeks to receive. Your bettor option will be to call few Telus/Koodo stores and ask them if they have PM SIM; so when you eventually receive one from PM you can keep it as spare or gift it. They do not expire.

Sim card should be sent together,  so, they missed it.

 

if you need one quickly for activation,  get one from local Telus/Koodo store

 

But , also open ticket with PM CS agent and ask for one back  Message them if you are not a PM customer yet:
