Hi there,
I don't know when it started. The public account I just registered wants to send me a security code but I just can't receive it. I can receive emails from the public community but the security code I have tried many times but can't get it.

@Cay_Kassem is your service status currently suspended? if the service is active, you should have the SMS option.
and you checked SPAM box on your hotmail? No worry, setup a new email , maybe Gmail. Open ticket with PM Support and ask them to help to change email address. Use the "Forgot Password" category for this ticket:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

I don't have a choice at all right now. Every time I log in there is only 1 button "send email"

If you cannot use SMS for the code, contact the CSAs with a private message. Click: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Clck on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen to track responses.

I have no issue receiving 2FA to hotmail.com...
Do you have same issue with banks, government services, etc.?
I am sure you did check your spam folder, correct?
Open gmail account. Try to receive there.

@Cay_Kassem , receiving security codes to email for 2FA can be iffy. Best to use SMS option.
