How do I contact the Eversafe ID people directly?

I am really tired of registering my computer as a "trusted device" only to have Eversafe demand that I receive and enter a 6-digit verification code EVERY SINGLE TIME I log on. Even my banks don't demand this level of security. Someone please fix whatever is broken or provide me a way to contact whomever is responsible for this ongoing annoyance. Someone is not doing the job they are being paid to do.

Thanks to everyone who replied. Too bad Eversafe couldn't put that in their FAQ.

Now if I can only figure out why every text message I receive lists as two messages when it is only one.

@Robert_O   Trusted Device works well for me, I rarely have to get the verification code but as others have said, I don't have my browser set to delete cookies/history etc. on exit.  These things work by setting an item in your browser so that Eversafe remembers you.  If your browser clears everything on exit then it will be clearing that too so that the Eversafe log in doesn't know who you are when you come back.

I find it hit and miss for Trusted Device. It is more reliable on the PM app but it only works with the VPN enabled when connected to public wifi. If the VPN is disabled, Eversafe ID is required.

I am not complaining about it…good safe guard for possible SIM Swapping. I want all my money in my bank account.

for Eversafe Trused device to work, you have to make sure your default browser has cache enabled (even you are trying to set trusted device on PM app).  Some browser has clear cache on exit, you have to disable that settings and assure cache is enabled.

@Robert_O there is no Eversafe team or people that you can reach but I had this issue as well and just recently fixed it. I had to go into my browser's settings and turn of Private Browsing so that way every time I would exist the browser or the Public Mobile app it would not clear that data out. Haven't had that problem since.
