Hello,
I have received 3 messages from Eversafe last night, but those action were not done by myself. And this morning, I found out that my phone can't not be used, neither out nor in. The signal bar is empty. Also, I can't login my account by my email. It says the email is not valid. I have no idea how to login the account and unlock the service.
This email address I used is not the one I register for my phone. Please contact me as soon as possible to unlock everything for me.

While you are communicating with customer support in between messages please contact your financial Institution and any other such accounts connected to your email and phone # and alert them to the possible fraudulent activity and put them on a hold til you get this sorted out.
Where possible change your login credentials to any and all online accounts.

@Jamiesupergirl , SIM card changes both p-SIM and e-SIM are done from within the self serve account. Anyone with access to the account can change the SIM card. I have escalated your case, hopefully a support agent will reach out to you to help you with account recovery. Keep an eye on your private message inbox.

Thanks for replying. It could be. I am using e-SIM card. Do you know where I should go to get a new e-sim?

@Jamiesupergirl , by chance has your email been hacked and taken over by someone? What you describe could be someone getting into your account last night and taking it over by replacing the login credentials and replacing the SIM card.
