I went on the site on Sept 11 and paid 20 + tax using my credit card. Now I am deactivated. Apparently I should be paying 25 plus tax but that is not the amount that was coming up on the site. I paid what it was requesting. There is no record of this payment on the site and i have been deactivated. Why?

What does is say for your owing amount in My Account now or when you dial 611 from your device?
You see a credit card charge for $20 plus taxes, but you don't see this in My Account? Can you check the payment history to see what it shows there: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history
My Account will not show the tax portion.

Pay full amount what your plan costs
To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way. If it fails you will have to wait an hour to try again.
Once payment is completed, logoff and reboot the phone. Service/plan should automatically reactivate.
If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost/stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log-out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.
