Inbound calls

I am in USA and have roaming for 15 days. I can send texts and make calls but the inbound calls are going straight to VM. Origination of the call does not make a difference. They all go to VM.

Regarding payment

We don’t have an account number to make a payment on phone number 647-xxxxxxxthe guy home isn’t working and the ability to reach someone at public mobile has be -well…insanely ridiculous.

Not reliably sending and receiving texts. For instance authentication code sent from Apple not received. Texts from friends not received. Any ideas?
