unable to sign in to my account

I am having an issue trying to sign in to my account.  I enter my email and pw and it goes to a white screen with 

{"message":"Unauthorized"}

Tried on my ipad and a laptop, getting the message on both.  Any ideas?

If you're using a device with stored/remembered credentials, sometimes when these autofill, the device also attempts to automatically log you in. 

 

If your device does this, do not tap the sign in button while it is trying to log you in as it will deliver an error message every time and appear to not let you login.

Hey there. Try resetting your password. It worked for me when I suddenly had login issues a few months ago;  my old password didn't have the required special,characters. I had no idea what was wrong. Reset password and I have been fine since.

Absolutely NOT.

Just to REFRESH or use different browser. Been there, done that... No need to bother agent with browser issues. Internet is FAR from perfect and particularly 'smart' (stupid) phones.

Hi @Kaia2014  we seen that error before .  I think you need CS agent help once you got that error 

 

please open ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:    

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Try again incognito mode private mode there are cache issues and if the device has auto save email and pass let device sign you in and don’t hit log in also you can try another device or laptop

close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer. Login again,
