My dad has an active account that he needs to cancel. He is unable to do so as he is no longer in Canada and doesn’t have Wi-Fi calling activated on his phone. He is not receiving the OTP to log in to his account. i have already been charged twice for the service he is not even using. I have written several time on this community chat. i need a refund for this and need help urgently.

If you posted several times on this Community. How come you did contact a CS_Agent as noted by other members here in this Community?
Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service therefore no refund for unused days.
You will need to login to your father’s account and disable the Subscribed button. After 90 days of nonpayment. The account and service will be cancelled and future charges. If you DON’T UNSUBSCRIBE…your father will be CONTINUED TO CHARGED for service he is not using.
If you are having issues for login to his account and unsubscribe AutoPay. You will need to contact a CS_Agent:

Under where you enter the code he should see did not get code. Have him click on it to get code sent to his email

@Ashok000 Get support to help cancel the plan and remove credit card info on file right away to ensure you don’t get charged again
