Inbound calls

I am in USA and have roaming for 15 days. I can send texts and make calls but the inbound calls are going straight to VM. Origination of the call does not make a difference. They all go to VM.

Hi @gbranscombe23 oh, you can make calls at least.  Some can't even do that in some part of Florida

you can try to open the ticket with PM agent and ask for partial refund as only part of the roaming works 

you have data? you can get TextNow, VoIP app, and give the number for ppl to call you with that TextNow number.  It will work with Mobile data or Wifi

I am in Florida getting 5 bars at 4g.

Hi @gbranscombe23 was it, inboind calls,  working first couple days?  did you go to different city or different area of the city?  Make sure you see it connects to TMOBILE network

and whwre in US you are now? some places has even weaker 2G Neteork

@gbranscombe23 - outgoing calls are okay, only issue with incoming? 

Try toggling into and out of airplane mode.

Perhaps you could also try a reset of your network settings on your device.

@gbranscombe23  Are you around the 10 day mark of your 15 day add on if so you may need support as there been issues with service cutting out on the 10 day
