US Roaming Problems

I have tried to renew my US roaming for text and phone only. I could not select that for $15.00.  I only have the option to select the US roaming data text and phone , now I cannot make calls or text.  Any suggestions

If you are going to be in the US for more than another 15 days, consider purchasing a local prepaid SIM card, which may provide much more reliable calling services.

@Gillingsca  Yea have to select a different one then the current one unless you wait 12 hours in between the Initial one ending

@Gillingsca - if you already had purchased the $15 bundle and you are not quite finished of the full 15 days to the hour of when it was purchased, there will be a conflict on your account.

 

Either purchase another different Roaming bundle/addon or contact CSA to helpy you get this one going so you can use it.
