I purchased an additional package just before first US add on expired. Site shows purchase but have no service, phone or texts and get message that I need to add service. What can I do? Thanks

What US add-on packages did you buy?
You cannot have 2 same packages at the same time. To purchase another one requires wait period of 24 hours.
According to Public Mobile:
PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.
Roaming is for Data only. Voice and SMS text will still work.
Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.
However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

@Deann58 You have to buy a different add on then current one and not before it expires or have 12 hours after it expires for same add on
