I just bought the usa roaming plan  $20 . Do I have to activate it when I go to my account and plan add on I do not see it?

what is the exact amount of the $15 data us add on is it  $15 plus HST or is there other fees involved. I have to add the amount to my account so I don't want it to be under that amount thanks 

so I got my 2gb and my calling minutes for the holiday promo. but I did not get the 1 gb, it said to sign in to the my rewards to get the credit .   any help on this John
