Login loop with no phone to confirm code

I do not have access to a phone with the number to be able to confirm login.  I enter the code sent by email then it loops to the number for a code that I don’t have so I can not login.  I want to stop the subscription but can’t access the account!

Resolved! Banked data

I had multiple GB of banked data and it disappeared!  Did Public just pull back all banked data?  I just checked it a little while ago and I still have 4-5GB and it's gone.  I checked my usage and I didn't use enough extra to consume it all.
