Hello,
I need to speak with a customer service representative. My Public Mobile account phone was stolen. I went online to access my account to update about the lost phone but the account is attached to an email I no longer have. When I try to update my email it sends to 2step verification to the phone that was stolen. I need customer service help!

And after you got a replacement phone, buy a new PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store for $10 or buy from Amazon for $5 and you can login and update the sim card number to resume service
