problem login into Public Mobile app

I am a new user and I can login into Public Mobile on my computer but not on the Public mobile app on my phone. The app on the phone keeps showing me Login screen, no error messages. I can not complete my activation and I already made a payment. What is the problem with Public Mobile?

Thank you for the reply. I was able to login into PB web site on my phone. And I tried to login into PB app on a different phone using my credentials and the result was the same.  Login screen, no error msg. So it's not the browser and not the phone but the app.

If you can login on your computer and manually type the password (not relying on autosaved passwords), but you can't login on your phone, the issue is not with your password. The issue is most likely a cache & cookie issue on your phone. This is an easy fix.

Let's try some further troubleshooting to figure out exactly where the issue is. 

On your phone, open your web browser, and login (avoiding the app). If your successful, we know it's the app specially. If your not successful we know it's your web browser on your phone. 

Then please reply back with the following answers to these questions:

1. Were you able to login successfully on the phones web browser?

2. What web browser did you use on your phone?

3. What is the make and model of your phone?

Try password reset. If that doesn't work, sending a private message to CS_Agent will be needed so that a customer support agent can help.

But you can only activate your SIM or eSIM on the PM app.


Once you have activated the SIM and created an account. You can login online or the PM app both will need the email ID and password to access your account.
