I'll be traveling to Inukjuak in Quebec for 2 months. Can someone please tell me if Public Wireless has any coverage in that area? If not, will it be using other networks (eg, Telus)? Will I have to enable roaming for my data to work? Or would it be better to subscribe to another mobile provider (eg. Ice Wireless) in that area? Thanks.

you'll likely have wifi there...so download the free TextNow app and take a new number. Using wifi, you'll be able to make / recieve free calls and free sms as well. Trouble is...you'll only have a US cell number so fam and friends will need to be able to call US numbers.
You can also opt to download WhatsApp but your fam and friends need to download WhatsApp too. With it, you can make / recieve free calls and messages using your local wifi.

PM and Telus share the network with Bell in Quebec. So, answer to one is answer to all three
I checked Telus and Bell coverage maps to confirm and they confirmed no coverage
The Northern region is usually served by small regional carrier. I know the region used to be service by Ice Wireless. The coverage map confirmed that too. check with them

Definitely no Telus coverage as you can see using the coverage map. Check with Rogers to see what options they have for that part of La Belle Province.
